Application Service Providers are available. Access your software on line through the Internet. (No more expensive hardware upgrades.)
Technical Support
24 hr technical support is part of our service. We communicate with customers nationwide over the telephone and/or on-line communication through PCAnywhere®. This service comes to our customers as part of our software package.
Training
Hands on training at the facility sites and/or in our corporate offices is also part of our service to our customers. All training fees are negotiable at the time of the lease agreement.
On-line help including HCFA’s MDS 2.0 RAI Manual
The entire RAI manual is on-line for our customers for easy look up to everyday answers to the nurses questions throughout the assessment process.
